SHIPPING INFORMATION:

It is our goal to ship all products within 48 hours of purchase date. If an item is not going to ship within 48 hours we will contact you immediately. 

All items are shipped via UPS, USPS & FedEx. We will need a physical address for all UPS / FedEx orders. If you have special needs on shipping, please include that into the comments page on the order form.  Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery due to the high value of the order.

Currently we are offering free shipping for order over $25 to the 48 States. Some oversized packages may require additional shipping charges and custom order may result in a shipping fee.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY:

***NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER***

ON ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON COMPRESSORS IF THE COMPRESSOR IS NOT CAPPED AS IT WAS WHEN SHIPPED

DO NOT USE MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING CONTAINER.

All orders will be inspected before a refund is given.

There is a 30% restocking fee on all returns.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

A copy of the receipt will have to be provided for a refund.

The customer / buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

Shipping is not refundable.

You may want to purchase insurance on the package.  Returns that are received damaged will not be approved for a return, refund or credit.

Some canceled orders may be entitled to pay a credit card processing fee.

Prior to returning or exchanging any items, you must email Sales@ColdHose.com to get a RMA number.  The RMA number must be clearly marked on the shipping label or close by it in order for us to verify its origins.

Any item(s) sent in without a RMA number will not be eligible for a refund and will be forfeited.

Any kitted item(s) that is not returned as a completed kit will not be eligible for a refund or may have a greater restocking fee.  This is at our discretion.

When the parts arrive it is the purchasers responsibility to be certain all the parts are included with the order and are not damaged. If an order is not complete the purchaser will have 4 days to contact us about the missing or damaged parts. We are not responsible for any missing or damaged parts after 4 days of the shipments arrival date.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We do ship around the world, but we are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed items once they leave the United States. Proceed through the checkout process for a shipping quote.

SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions.  After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
