AC Hose Repair
Have an AC line that is leaking or busted? We can repair it or remake it.
Most AC fitting ends are unique to a particular vehicle which can make it difficult to find replacement parts, especially if the parts have been discontinued. It’s very common for customers to mail us their old AC lines for rework. If your fitting ends are still good then we can reuse them and replace the rubber section. Currently, we do not manufacture new AC lines out of a continuous piece of metal. However, they may be able to be repaired. Please note that not all lines can be repaired.
Here’s how it works.
- Clean your AC line(s) up and make sure there is no oil or liquid left in the line.
- Mail us your AC line(s) to:

- Once the shipment is received we will review and take payment or contact you for payment depending on the option you selected.
- Once payment is received work will begin and ship once complete.
Turnaround time is typically 1-4 weeks during our peak months (May thru September).
