1. All orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours. UPS and Fed Ex Expedited shipping cutoff is 2pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday.

1. USPS Ground Advantage – Used to be called First Class. USPS orders ship out between 24-48 hours. Typically 3-7 business days once shipped but it’s not a guaranteed service. We do not recommend USPS as they are not reliable. Please note, we will not resend an order because USPS is taking too long or has routed it incorrectly.
   
   Check with each carrier to see if their service is a guaranteed service. We only purchase the shipping service you select on your behalf and are subjected to that companies policies.

1. We are not a service facility so we do not do any work on actual vehicles. We do repair and make custom a/c lines

• We are located in Ocala, FL. If the item you are purchasing is shipping to the state of Florida then you will be charged FL State sales tax. If you are tax exempt and you are purchasing items for resale it is possible to set up your account to TAX exempt. To do this you need to do the following:
• Establish an online account
• Email us a copy of your tax exempt certificate to sales@myairparts.com including the email address used to set up your account
• Wait for us to review and apply your status to your account
• We will review your certificate and verify that it is valid, one this is complete we will notify you via email of your status. Typically this is done within 1 business day

 **PLEASE NOTE** IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REFUND SALES TAX AFTER A SALES HAS BEEN PROCESSED. REQUESTS FOR EXEMPT WILL APPLY TO FUTURE ORDER AFTER THE ACCOUNT IS APPROVED.

If you are not located in the State of Florida it is not necessary to submit your tax exempt documents. Our website will not charge sales tax if the shipping address is not a Florida address.
